Processing Time:
- Orders are processed within 1-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
- If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact via email within 7 days of the expected delivery date for assistance.
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied, please review the return policy below:
Eligibility for Returns:
- You may return items within 30 days of the purchase date.
- To qualify for a return, products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Due to hygiene regulations, products that have been opened or used cannot be accepted for returns.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact: Email a return request to sunshineyway@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: A Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions for returning the item will be provided in an email.
- Pack Your Return: Please securely package the item to prevent damage during shipping.
Refund Process:
- Once returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact via email within 7 days after delivery with a photo of the item. I will assist you in resolving the issue.
