During my last year of high school, I had no idea of what I wanted to do after graduating. I had no plans of applying to colleges, and the pressure and FOMO of not attending University, and the loneliness of living back home was eventually the catalyst to a period of severe depression.

After hitting rock bottom, I had the realization that the only person that could get me out of this depression was myself, and that I had to truly want better for myself. And thus began my spiritual journey!

I started to do research on spirituality and stumbled upon crystals, subliminals, affirmations, and manifestation. My older sister had given me a box of her collection of beautiful crystals including Rose Quartz, Carnelian, Green Aventurine, Smoky Quartz, etc. I use to sit in my room and spend hours researching and looking at each crystal, admiring the beauty in them and relating their beauty and specific characteristics to what I wanted to see in myself.

Long story short, these crystals, along with adding affirmations, subliminals, and spiritual baths into my daily routine had slowly but surely helped me build confidence, courage, and genuine love for myself. A true miracle as I once believed that I could never truly live a life where these things were possible for me.

Now, it is my purpose and mission to create these body care products that have helped me in my spiritual and self-love journey, which I still use today, and hopefully have the chance to help others in theirs. I am a strong believer in manifestation, with my life being a testimony, and want to share with others that they are deserving of living their dream lives.

We are all creators in our lives, and it is our responsibility to make conscious choices that lead us toward the life we desire, and live life the SunshineyWay. <3
